ABSTRACT
The Present work has the proposal of to evaluate and to compare the styles of seven leaders of
different departments of a sporting institution, according to the perception of those led. The research also
tries to identify under the optics of these, the characteristics that compose the cultural profile of the
organization. This way, it is accomplished a bibliographical revision of the main theoretical currents of
