4. Our Service Field
Gelatin commonly used as a gelling agent in a wide
variety of industries including food, pharmaceuticals,
photography, paper and fertilizers as well as elastic and
adhesive materials. However, 42.4% of world production
of gelatin uses pigskin, and only 0.7% of gelatin
produced in the world is deemed as halal.
While it is a smallest fraction from ingredients uses in
our food, halal certification also cover technical issue of
safety and cleanliness of food establishment, namely
restaurant, café, hotel, canteen, military mess, hostel,
catering, central kitchen etc.

Halal supply chain includes everything
from procurement and preparation of
genuine halal ingredients to the
manufacturing and delivery of the final
product all the way to customer shelves.
