5. CONCLUSION
 Observation of behavior heightened awareness
 Post-It trigger started the day off right
 Discussing alternatives was beneficial & kept me accountable
 Behavior is habitual – took years to establish, need time to improve/undo
 I’m up for the challenge and will continue to work on this!

 Don’t sweat the small stuff!
 Focus on gratitude
