mouthwatering crock pot recipes. Crock pot recipes are easily made in a slow
cooker. It is simple to use and can save lots of time. When buying a Crockpot, it's
best to get one that has a detachable liner. You may also spray the inner liner using
cooking spray. So are you ready? Let's go...
Italian Chicken Dinner Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
 11/2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
 8 oz can tomato sauce
 6 oz can tomato paste
 2 garlic cloves, minced
 1/3 cup onion, diced
 1 t sugar
 2 t dried oregano
 1/2 t dried basil
 2 T olive oil
 Cooked spaghetti, fettuccine or noodles of choice

2.  Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
 Add salt and pepper to the chicken, add to skillet and brown on both sides.
 Place chicken on the bottom of a 3.5 quart or larger crock-pot.
 Add all remaining ingredients except for cheese and noodles to a medium
bowl and mix.
 Pour mixture over chicken and cook, covered, for 6 hours on low.
 Sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue cooking, covered, until cheese is
melted.
 Serve over hot cooked noodles.
Easy Chicken Stew Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
 1 large onion, chopped
 1 c frozen corn
 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
 8 oz can tomato sauce
 Envelope dry onion soup mix

3.  1 c water
 1 T olive oil
 1/8 t black pepper
Steps:
 Heat oil in a large skillet.
 Chop chicken into bite sized pieces.
 Add chicken to skillet and cook until lightly browned.
 Place chicken and remaining ingredients into a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot
and mix.
 Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low.
Creamy Crock Pot Chicken and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite-sized pieces
 1 garlic clove, minced
 2 ribs of celery, sliced
 1 green pepper, chopped
 8 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
 103/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
 103/4 oz can cream of celery soup
 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
 4 oz jar pimentos, drained

4.  2 T olive oil
 Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
 Heat oil in a large skillet.
 Add chicken, salt and pepper and saute in oil for 3 minutes.
 In a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot, add chicken. Add celery, mushrooms,
pimentos, green pepper and garlic.
 Pour soups over chicken and veggies and mix.
 Cook, covered, for 6-7 hours on low.
 Add cheese and mix.
 Continue cooking, covered, for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
 Also works well served with mashed potatoes.
Barbecued Chicken and Vegetables Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
 1 c barbecue sauce
 1/2 c water
 4 medium potatoes, unpeeled and cut into eighths
 8 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
Steps:
 Layer potatoes and carrots in the bottom of a 4-6 quart crock-pot.
 Layer chicken on top of veggies.

5.  Pour water into crock.
 Spread sauce over chicken with brush.
 Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low, or until chicken and veggies are tender.
Swiss Steak Crock Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
 2 lbs round steak, 3/4 inch thick
 15 oz can tomato sauce
 1 celery stalk, sliced
 1 large carrot, chopped
 1 large onion, sliced
 1 t salt
 1/4 t pepper
 1/4 c flour
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Steps:
 In a medium bowl, combine salt, pepper and flour.
 Cut steak into serving size pieces.
 Add steaks one at a time to flour mixture; coat.
 In bottom of crock pot add onions, meat, Worcestershire, carrots, celery and
tomato sauce in that order.
 Cook, covered, on low for 8 -10 hours.

6. Cheese Ravioli and Sausage
Ingredients:
 1 lb Italian sausage without casing, browned and drained
 9 oz package refrigerated cheese ravioli
 24-28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
 141/2 oz can Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Steps:
 Combine sausage, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes into crock-pot; mix well.
 Cook, covered, for 7 hours on low.
 Mix in ravioli, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
 Turn off slow cooker, top with cheese and cover.
 Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted; serve.
Country Style Pork Ribs

7. Ingredients:
 4-5 lbs country style pork ribs
 2 (14.5 oz) cans stewed tomatoes or Italian style tomatoes, diced
 1 large onion, chopped
 1 large green pepper, chopped
 2 celery stalks, sliced
 1/2 c red wine or red wine vinegar
 1/2 c water
 1 t beef or chicken bouillon granules (whatever is in your pantry)
 3 T olive oil
 Garlic salt to taste
 Salt to taste
 Black pepper to taste
Steps:
 Heat oil in a large skillet.
 Rub ribs with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
 Add ribs to skillet and cook over high heat until browned on both sides (1-2
minutes per side).
 Add ribs and remaining ingredients to 6 quart crock-pot and cook, covered,
for 8 -10 hours on low.
