I love working in early years. It's proven to be a sound career move. A career move which has opened many, many doors for me. A career move which makes me extremely happy, whether I'm moulding damp sand with toddlers or delivering behaviour management workshops to day care staff. I love the constant changes (yes, I really do) and I love the diversity of my roles.
I have no ordinary day, no typical week, no threat of tedium and no scope for complacency. It's the kind of career I always dreamed of but never thought really existed.
