1. Less talk! More action! I believe that AIESEC in Romania can become more relevant if we
deliver on promise and by delivering what we promise to make AIESEC become that youth voice
in Romania who can bring a positive change and to become a powerful brand for all our
stakeholders in especially for students.
Is necessary to understand that with our GIP outgoing internships, we create experiences
not only numbers and this why, we must increase our quality on our processes and products.
We can create a mindset on international and national level that in Romania the things are
not so worse and by sending more Romanian students in internships. Our EPs they become
ambassadors and every EP represent the country with their believes and values, so we must to
educate our EPs in order to become real ambassadors of Romania.
In this term we must to put accent on stabilize all our process and to continuing what happened on
this privies term, this why my focus area are:
- Quality in EP servicing by process evolution: We should put accent on educate the
members and VPs about HR processes, to improve the selection process by cooperating with
different stakeholders that are specialized on specific background(HR, Marketing, Education,
etc) and to have efficient matching process by implementing a strong EP buddy system;
- Market positioning by proper approach of present markets and new markets: We must
focus on positioning better the Global Marketing and to approach more specific the IT and
Education markets segments;
- Innovation in terms of product development and product delivery: We should develop
more our sub programs based on supply and demand by creating the right benefits and
standards for each one of them and to bring innovation to the marketing campaigns according
to the specific channels of communication. In the same time we should develop new sub
programs such as Global Engineering.
I really have an attachment for AIESEC Romania, because I really believe that we can grow as
organization and I want to transmit all my passion for AIESEC and exchange to all AIESEC Romania
members. I learned and I developed myself a lot in AIESEC Romania and I think this is the right thing to
do in order to give something back to the organization.
