more apt to give you the loan you need, if you are taking care of some of the costs already.
NOTE: When you plan your Site Visit to your target market be sure to time your visit to include at
least one of each of these Trade Association and Investor Meetings.
Remember who you are negotiating with. Sooner or later you'll be back at the table again with the
same Agent. Don't burn any bridges by transacting in a less than professional manner.
Educate the property owner that when you have made up your mind, you wish to renew the contract.
Especially if you locate multiple reports of 1.75-inch hail in the same area, you can safely assume
that damage happened.
