Many times, this is unsustainable. I recall when I was a small kid the piggy bank. Renewals may be
made with the aid of real estate lawyers. I bet you'd like to know how I manage all my properties?
I'm often asked about my background because many investors are curious if success is based upon
some sort of pedigree or simply good luck that befalls a fortunate few. I'm happy to say that,
specifics aside, you'll probably find that my route to success is something you can indeed relate to.
The main reason you probably feel this way is because you keep hearing about the person that found
a sweetheart deal. You keep hearing about all of the people that keep finding these deals, but none
of these deals seem to find you?
Make sure you have the money if you are going to invest in Commercial Real Estate Investing. You
will need enough to cover a down payment, closing costs, points and earnest money. Banks might be
more apt to give you the loan you need, if you are taking care of some of the costs already.
NOTE: When you plan your Site Visit to your target market be sure to time your visit to include at
least one of each of these Trade Association and Investor Meetings.
Remember who you are negotiating with. Sooner or later you'll be back at the table again with the
same Agent. Don't burn any bridges by transacting in a less than professional manner.
Educate the property owner that when you have made up your mind, you wish to renew the contract.
Especially if you locate multiple reports of 1.75-inch hail in the same area, you can safely assume
that damage happened.
