INFRASTRACTURE IN PERSPECTIVE
OF TRIPURA

2. INTRODUCTION
 Health care in Tripura features a universal health
care system run by the state government . The
constitution of India charges every state with raising
of the level of nutrition and the improvement of
public health as among its primary duties ministry of
health and family welfare of the Government of
Tripura is responsible for healthcare administration
in the state .

3. PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER
 The objective would be to equip PHC with basic
diagnostic equipment that can be operated by
paramedics or ANM with doctors providing expert
interventions from a distance. Connectivity of the
hospitals to the PHC can reduce these queues as
primary diagnosis is completed at the village it self.

4. ASSOCIATED HEALTH WORKER
 Rural Tripura is suffering from a long standing
health care problem . Most of the health problems
that people suffer from in the rural community and
in urban slums are preventable and easily treatable .
In view of the above issues , the National Rural
Health mission was launched by the Government of
India . The ASHA will be trained to advise village
populations about sanitation hygiene and
immunization to provide primary medical care

5. PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
 The health care in rural areas has been developed as
a structure based on predetermined population . The
sub-centre is the most peripheral institution and the
first contact point between the primary health care
system and the community . Sub-center are also
expected to use various mediums of interpersonal
communication in order to bring about behavioral
change in reproductive and hygine practices .

6. CONCLUSION
 Lastly I want to say that in Tripura day to day
increase population rate as a result more existing
health problem . So there should develop health
infrastructure . Tripura Government will more focus
on development of health service then Tripura will
achieve good health status of the population &
Tripura will developed toward the health.
