Diversitytalentpool.cz is a web application that helps job seekers with disabilities
connect with job hunters. Our goal is to spread brand awareness about the platform
and let people with special needs know about this option. By doing so, we will not only
create brand awareness but as well drive lead generation. We will use a different set
of banners with variations of our message, and the CTA message "You are hired!"
In today's world of perfection, we are not afraid to show that we are each a unique
individual.
Several studies have shown that positive messages in advertising improve customer's opinions about the
brand and create a better impression. Consumer response is better to positive advertising and that's the
reason why we decided to go this way.
We are showing that job seekers can use their disabilities in a positive way and that they are not alone in it.
We want to show that their disability is their superpower and that they can be confident in who they are.
We decided to use different variations of creatives to cover different ranges of target audiences.
We will show RTB banners and brandings at relevant websites for job seekers (jobs.cz, prace.cz, indeed.cz,
etc.), with different targeting for different target groups with specific banner sets.
We will also use the biggest social network for professionals - LinkedIn. There we can leverage the focus of
the platform and use it to our advantage for advertising our application. We will use carousel ads with click-
through to website registration. In addition, we will add job offers on LinkedIn from which the customer will
also get to the website form.
Facebook and Instagram will help us to spread information further and to engage customers to share their
stories. The goal is to shock and make people think about the problem.
RTB banners with CTA messages will positively enforce that job seekers are already hired. The campaign
would be promoted as well on social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
We will create and use the brand’s LinkedIn profile to not only create brand awareness by advertising but
as well create Lead generation by posting job offers and leading people to fill out an application on the
website.
Promotion will continue on the already existing social platforms of DiversityTalentPool such as Facebook
and Instagram. We will use promo posts with creatives showing different disabilities. The next step would
be to motivate people to share their stories in comments and to engage more with the topic.
The whole process would be closed by sending out a survey. A survey would be sent to people who filled
out a registration form to get a feedback on our services and employer.
