2. Adding materials.
Admin can start from the left menu navigation and
chose list, then chose materials where he can start
creating new material, below image explains

After admin finish the form of adding the service he
can save the service and load it to any milestone or
task later.

• Admin can categorize the projects the company
working on, he can navigate to left menu and select list
the project categories. Below explains more

• After entering the project’s category name he can save this
category to add the project underneath,

• Admin can view and manage all the workers on

• As above screen show the list of projects added to the system.
Admin can modify, edit, add new and delete any existing project
on the system.
• When admin selects to add new project the below form will appear.
13. Create New Project
• Admin can add all the data needed to start the project, he can enter the project
name and add it under specific category he added (like mentioned on the above
screens). Then give it a code to be a reference to the project, link it with cost
center on the accounting system, then add the estimated cost. Assign it to an
employee specify the status of the project and add the start and end dates.
14. Add Employees
• The next screen will show the employees option (temp and
permanent employees). Admin can customize the fata he is
adding to fit the needs of each project then save and move to the
next step like below.
15. Assign Materials
• The next step is adding the material which will load the materials
that admin added on the system already (as mentioned on the
above explanations)
17. Project View
• After adding the project’s services and materials, assigning the employees
who will work on the project he can save and view the data he added. Then
he can add new employees and customize those data he already added.
• The next step is to add milestones and tasks, as mentioned below,

• Admin can add new multiple milestones to the project then add
tasks under each milestone.
19. Add New Tasks
• Admin can create new tasks to each milestone and assign the
workers, specify the cost and assign materials and services related
to this task.

• Admin can generate any report requested with the given two
types
