3. Expectations
• Since this was the first time when taking part to such a
project in Denmark, the expectations for this project were
unlimited.
• We had few starting points:
to design an auditorium for the people passing by Bispetorv;
find cheap solutions for each of the ideas in order to make
them reality because there was lack of founds and time was
short;
share the knowledge; meet new people and have fun
4.
5. After the 1st meeting at C.F. Møller sketches and ideas have started to come up and
people were looking forward for this project
Feedback for the ideas:
“I must say Daniel, you are fast
moving, that’s very good, - and very
fine inputs too!!!!” - Tom Hagedorn

6. In the end, due to lack of founds and time we have
managed to stick only to the LECA FATBOY idea, which
consisted of a nylon bag filled with LECA nuts.
By using this method we have managed to reduce the costs to a
small amount.
The working process was rather easy actually…we have received
some materials from a sponsor, one of the days Henrik and I met
at school and cut the nylon according to some dimensions and
sent the material to Lisbeth, our collaborating designer. She took
the responsibility to sew the bags and few days later we were
ready to meet and do the “fill-up”
Tuesday the 4th of September was a red day in the calendar
because that was the day when we met at Bispetorv and did the
FATBOYS. Even though the fill-up process took a few hours, the
group was very excited to feel how ideas become reality!!!
8. In the end, we have celebrated the creation of 10
LECA FATBOYS! …with a glass of champagne(a gift
from Tom to our collective).
It was a great experience, and it felt great to work
with people from different places, and even though we
barely knew each other we managed to build something
very nice and fun in such a short period of time.
As a conclusion, I would like to thank all the
participants for taking part to this project.
