Superfici Wood Finishing technology. Automatic Coating, finishing equipment. from applications flat and 3D to Curing technology for conventional and UV products.
3. ROLLER COATING
Using the roller method, all types of lacquer can be applied on two-dimensional work-pieces
as long as their viscosity is suitable. The thickness of the lacquer film to be applied can be
determined by means of a finely adjustable doctor roller.
By this method minimal quantities of lacquer up to over 100 g/sqm can be applied without
lacquer wastage. With extremely simple machine setting, this technique allows lacquering
work to be carried out at high feed speeds and with solvent-free UV lacquering systems.

5. UV CURING
UV CURING
UV curable materials are hardened in seconds by means of highly
intensive uv radiation.
The power and the number of lamps are determined by the feed
speed and the type of finishing material used.

6. UV CURING
The modular system guarantees the right solution for every need.
The LABES reflector concentrates the radiation in a quite wide area, thus
maintaining a high energy level at different distances from the lamps.
The COLDCURE achieves an efficient polymerisation, while greatly reducing the
temperature increase of the substrate.

8. SPRAYING MACHINES
SPRAYING
Spraying is an extremly versatile coating system, suitable for
lacquering both flat and profiled workpieces with the most various types
of lacquer.

11. ROBOTIC SPRAYING
ROBOTIC SPRAYING
High tech spraying system with electronic control of the movement of the spraying
arm, which repeats the programmed working cycle according to the size and shape of
the workpiece detected at the machine infeed. - 11 -
12. ROBOTIC SPRAYING
The spray arm is normally equipped with more guns (up to 4) which spray the flat
surfaces, and with one gun (with a special nozzle) which sprays the edges.
The spraying robot has a 5 axes control:
- arm longitudinal movement (X)
- arm transversal movement (Y)
- spraying height (Z)
- arm rotation
- gun positioning on the edges
lengthwise crosswise vertical rotation edge gun positioning

13. FLAT DRYERS
Our linear dryers include different types of
dryers mainly used in case of short drying
times.
COUNTER-FLOW VENTILATION
The air flow goes from the exit of the tunnel towards the
infeed. Such laminar ventilation basically removes the
solvent from the coated substrates and then exhausts it
outside.
AIR BLADE VENTILATION
The air is blown through narrow openings placed crosswise
to the panel feed. Some air is exhausted, some is
recirculated. The air speed is up to 14 m/sec.
AIR JET DRYER
The air is blown at a very high speed through round nozzles
uniformly distributed on the whole roof of the drying hood.
The air speed is up to 25 m/sec.
- 13 -
14. VERTICAL DRYERS
Our vertical dryer CONTIVERT guarantees the right air speed and
temperature according to the drying cycle and the finishing
material used, while requiring only a minimum of space and energy.

15. WINDOW FRAMES FINISHING
Infrared drying systems (IR)
•Used for impregnation and stain
•Higher efficiency compared to hot air
16. WINDOW FRAMES FINISHING
Application systems with reciprocators
•Reciprocators with electronic detection of the pieces to
optimize of the spraying process.
•Electrostatic guns for a reduced lacquer consumption and a higher
transfer efficiency.
•Cabin with motorized belt for the overspray recovery.
17. WINDOW FRAMES FINISHING
Application systems with cartesian and anthropomorphic robots
•Suitable for high quality lacquering expecially in case of pigmented finishing.
•Quick lacquer change (60 sec.)
•Elimination of the Faraday shield effect.
•Charge length up to 6 m. (cartesian robots)
