2. Ingredients
● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, (6
oz each)
● 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
● 2 small chilies, mixed colors, chopped
● 4 garlic cloves, peeled
● 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
● 2 bell peppers, chopped
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp dried thyme
● 1 tbsp lemon juice
● salt, black pepper to taste
● fresh parsley for decoration (optional)

3. Method
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
2. In a large bowl add the chicken breasts, 1 tbsp of
olive oil, 1/4 tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of black pepper, smoked
paprika and ½ tbsp of dried thyme. Gently toss to
coat.
3. Transfer the chicken in a shallow pan and add the rest
of ingredients in the same bowl. Toss to coat and
arrange the veggies around chicken. Bake for 20
minutes. Serve immediately.
