3. The Cube dims are yellow and

4. Dims added to first line brings up total volume. Note deducts in
red, no need to enter minus value. Any value in deducts column is
taken off.
5. Two lines filled in on cube module note extra line created. Text type in S
Cell replaces “Cube” as module title. Notice title typed in Cell P2
appears in header
6. Square Module only has length and width cells highlighted. only part
view shown
7. Note rough work calculations in cells under module title. Notice the Sets
value is multiplied by the area. If sets value left out 1 set is used.
8. Note add Number/ Weight module button clicked, brought up decision
box 1=Number, 2=Kilogram, 3=Tonne and 4 = Item
9. Tonne Module added by typing 3 in the decision box on
previous slide. Weights entered notice rate omitted causes error
warning.
10. Clicked the close modules button to close up to compact Bill of Quantities
format. Button caption now says “ Open Modules”
11. Note Linear Module is open while the rest of the sheet is
closed. This makes it easy to scan over previous work.
