4. Our Sourcing Strategies include an extensive database of 180,000 plus
candidates, focused on-line advertising, social media campaigns, a new
state-of-the-art Collins McNicholas website and international recruitment
partners. We have a national presence with offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway
Sligo and Athlone.
Collins McNicholas Consultants are highly skilled in carrying out initial CV
screening, as well as screening interviews both over the telephone and
face-to-face. All Consultants have received comprehensive Competency
Based Interview skills training.
Collins McNicholas can build and tailor an assessment process to best meet
the client company requirements. This can range from carrying out pre-
selected psychometric assessments on behalf of the client company to
building an entire assessment process.
Collins McNicholas can provide competency based interview guides, offer
structured guidance and interview coaching, act as part of an interview
panel or simply schedule final round interviews on behalf of the client.
Collins McNicholas can carry out reference checking and schedule medicals
for all successful candidates in accordance with client requirements.
Collins McNicholas will also provide feedback in an agreed format to all
unsuccessful candidates.

payroll administration and removing concerns regarding payroll
