Oversee the implementation of internal communication policies, strategies and
actions to facilitate employer-employee communication and the development
of a corporate communication culture through effective two-way
communication forums, print and electronic media, common information
platforms and management communication mechanisms.
Serve as the principal contact for media enquiries and other requests for
company information, actively seeking and making use of opportunities to
interact with the local communities and other major stakeholders, representing
Marafiq at public meetings and giving talks to promote understanding of the
organization’s work.
Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership of
the Public Relations and Communication Department – setting individual
objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, providing
formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate
and departmental performance.
Direct the preparation of the Public Relations and Communication budget and
monitor financial performance against the budget so that the department is

Foreign trade missions, special visits of diplomats, arranging trade fairs, etc.

Manage the visit arrangements of Saudi Businessmen delegation to other
countries.
