1920 founded by John Sharp (co-author of the Boiler Code for
Ontario) with 6 employees and a few welding machines
1934 (the late) Wm S. Dunsmoor was hired as a plant
worker,becoming General Manager in the early 50’s
1963 son William A. Dunsmoor, P.Eng, joined the family business,
full time after graduation
1980 moved to current plant at 49 Passmore Ave with 75 employees
1995 acquired Continental Penn Services greatly expanding CNC
machining capabilities
2001 acquired Canada Millwrights and
14 Passmore Ave. as Plant #2
2004 major expansion of Plant #2 to 36,000 sqft. and consolidation of CNC
machining operation at that location
2005 acquired Aurora Filters, consolidating engineering, manufacturing,
marketing and service for proprietary brand pharmaceutical filter
2007 the ALL-WELD team achieves ISO9001:2000 certification!
