tribunals in relation to miscellaneous court cases/matters filed by and against the company/organization.
Pursue Arbitration matters. Represent the company before various statutory/government authority and
follow up of cases/matters concerning the organisation.
 Co-ordinate & follow-up with the company’s Counsels in respect of court cases/matters under litigation
& Arbitration and provide updates of the same to the top management.
 Due diligence of the property/land.
 Drafting and monitoring of various Deeds/Documents i.e. sub-contracts, MOU’s, Power of Attorneys,
Lease Agreement , Leave & License Agreements, Service Agreement, Service Provider Agreement,
Complaints, Notices, etc.
 Drafting of misc. letters, notices specifically concerning and relating to HR & Admn. Function of the
organisation.
 Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
 Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring compliances vis-à-vis statutory
requirements at corporate office and various project sites.
 Drafting of replies to notices received from statutory/government authorities, vendors, sub-contractors,
outside counsels, advocates, etc.
 Provide legal support and assistance to every function within the organisation in relation to
