Although our NRI clients are predominantly linked to their family in India – economically, socially and culturally but their wealth is typically invested globally.

Targeting the OCB Segment –Focusing on FCNR
Overseas Corporate Bodies (OCB's) are bodies predominantly owned individuals of Indian Origin or nationality resident outside India and include overseas companies, partnership firms, societies and other corporate bodies which are owned, directly or indirectly, to the extent of at least 60% by individuals of Indian nationality or origin resident outside India as also overseas trusts in which at least 60% of the beneficial interest is irrevocably held by such persons. Such ownership interest should be actually held by them and not in the capacity as nominees.

To launch the Islamic Banking concept in Indian market and attract Islamic Investments from GCC,MEENA,Arabian Countries and connecting the Global Islamic Financial Market including Islamic Capital Markets with through the PRIVATE OFFICE Initiative.
To be the “First Bank” in the Private space in India to launch “Syariah” compliant products for NRI community abroad as well as to attract inflow of International Islamic Investments in our banking and investment products.
To launch a dynamic and full-fledged range of ISLAMIC FINANCIAL PRODUCTS with the underlying securities linked to Indian Market [Ex:Commodity Murabahah Financing, Islamic bonds etc.]
This would create an opportunity for a private bank to place itself
