3. entering the pydio partner program
The purpose of the pydio partner program is to enable sales and professionals
services by partners. Three models are foreseen:

Sell through. The contractual relationship is established between Abstrium SAS and
the partner. The service relationship is performed through the partner, notably to share
Level 3 trouble tickets, as a Value Added Reseller.

Sell to. The contractual relationship is established between Abstrium SAS and end
customers. The service relationship is performed through the partner, notably to share
Level 3 trouble tickets, as a Value Added Reseller.

Introduce to. The contractual relationship is established between Abstrium SAS and
end customers. The service relationship is performed by Abstrium SAS, as a Value
Added Reseller. First year billing is done by the partner, next years will be done by
Abstrium SAS, and Alliance fees will be paid only for the first year.

The partnership explicitly constitutes a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure, and
Working Agreement between the participating Parties. Transactions shall be
conducted under the guidelines of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Abstrium SAS will not circumvent the partner in procuring directly system integration,
business integration and training services to leads and referrals brought by the partner.
!
Mutual complaints will be made to the courts of law of Paris, France.

2014-2015
