Recruitment Consulting Fee:
• Junior Level 8.33% of Annual CTC
• Middle Level 10.00% of Annual CTC
• Management and above level 12.50% of Annual CTC
Replacement Guarantee:
• 30 to 90 days of replacement guarantee in case a candidate
leaves the company within 30 to 90 days from date of joining
(DOJ).
Payment Term:
• Payment is strictly paid with in 15 to 30 days form DOJ of each
recruited candidate.
