Located in the heart of the city in the Sukhumvit Road area, Prem Yog and Prana is a community-oriented yoga studio inspired by the extraordinary theraputic effects of yoga. Our Hatha Yoga classes range in level from gentle to more challenging, suitable for the novice and more advanced practitioner alike. Every class emphasizes the integration of movement through postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and profound relaxation to help each student discover a deeper level of health and well being. Our team of experienced teachers and practitioners will gently encourage you to become proactive in your own wellness.
To this end we offer a range of Integrated Holistic Therapies including Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, Reflexology with Aromatherapy, Chakra Balancing, certified courses in Ayurveda, and other healing therapies.
