Presentation of the company Onfan.com at 16 oct 2014 and the culinary DNA. The Gastronomic DNA is a Big Data project by Onfan.com that aims to develop not only a search tool, but also a prescription and especially dialogue among gourmets, professional chefs, culinary establishments and regions that want to publicize its cuisine and engage it to a new generation of foodies, using a new, differential and dynamic way. Everything begins with the common argument that we like to eat well. Many people usually say that. But we immediately arrived to this question: what exactly means eating well? How can we be really useful in that way? At Onfan [ LINK TO www.onfan.com ] we think that eating well means helping you in one very specific way: the pleasure of finding places that especially care about gastronomy understood as something that evolves with you. With your opinion. With your experience , of course ... but also with the locals, and professionals and gastronomic establishments right now semi-passive witnesses of an avalanche of opinions not always satisfactory for themselves, for everybody. For us, there is not a best way to help you that knowing your really (really) well and also knowing really well them. Adding all this factors we reached to the gastronomy of regions, countries, cities, wine areas… Countries like Spain, France, Perú or Méxic that have a very complex gastronomy based on orography, culture, tradition will have a new tool, a new support to its gastronomic discourse. A new gastronomic discourse
