1. The matter pertains to Life or Personal liberty of a Senior
Citizen Women Widow Asha Rani Devi, age about 71 years against
Diary No. 183722 dated 03.11.2016. Hence, Matter is URGENT.
Patna High Court (FAA) has not replied it back against First
Appeal till date.
2. That data is important to file Curative Petition Criminal
before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India after the dismissal
of Review Petition Criminal 825 of 2016 in Writ Petition
Criminal 136 of 2016; which will be heard on 01.12.2016 in the
Chamber of Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose & U U Lalit at 1:30
PM.
3. N.B.W dated 08.09.2011 process u/s 83 Cr.Pc. has been issued
and kept it secret since then for the same cause of action
which has been settled by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on
23.07.2013 in MAT. APPL. 7 of 2012 after the appearance by the
respondent on 09.02.2011 before the Ld. Trial Court at Dwarka
at New Delhi.

Sir, “you found that I have not claimed the ground of life and
liberty at any stage i.e RTI application, Ist appeal or even
in IInd appeal. Hence, it is out of preview of Central
Registry to acceede to my request”.
Sir, in response to your findings, I would like to support my
averment with some material evidences as follows:
1. There is no defined format for second appeal from where you
can pick out the exact word, “Life or Personal Liberty”.
However, when we file the online then we find a defined format
from where you can find the exact word. Nonetheless, I am
attaching the online RTI receipt numbers viz.
JUSTC/R/2016/50593 dated 27.05.2016; CIC complaint no.
RC/UG/16/14299dtz dated 02.09.2016; RC/UG/16/1350631kk dated
16.08.2016; online second appeal 600232; 600233; 600234 dated
30.10.2016 & 600253 and 600255 dated 01.11.2016, from where
you can figure out the same.
2. The very purpose of the scrutiny is to understand the fact
and gravity of the matter. If frivolous NBW is issued after
the settlement of the matter then it is automatically comes
under the category of Life or personal Liberty. If scrutiny
person is unable to figure out the matter under “Life or
personal liberty” then the very purpose of scrutiny is
defeated.
3. Moreover, it is immaterial whether exact word of “Life or
personal liberty” you found or not. However, it is material
that I have supplied you the photographs and material evidence
in support of my averment through email.
HENCE, PRAYING FOR URGENT REGISTRATION AS THE MATTER PERTAINS
TO “LIFE OR PERSONAL LIBERTY”.
