Master-class about Leadership and Development

ISB presents Master-class ,,The next step in your leadership journey: from good to great”.
Have you ever wondered how you take the next step in your career? How you become a better manager or
a great leader? This Master-class is focused on individuals already in a management or leadership role,
seeking to understand how they make the progression from good and effective managers to great leaders.
We will explore the concepts of Level 5 Leadership developed by James Collins and Emotional
Intelligence for leadership by Daniel Goleman in more depth. By the end of the workshop, participants
will understand where they are in their leadership and management journey, and be able to create an
individualized plan to progress in their careers.
Master-class is delivered by Priyanka Malhotra. Priyanka has a Master’s degree in Economics from
London School of Economics and BA in Economics from Harvard University obtained in 2003. Priyanka
was president of The Harvard International Development Group. Priyanka has worked for Harvard
University and facilitated lecturing of Political Economy, researched the effects of public pension
systems. Priyanka also worked with IMF (International Monetary Fund), JPMorgan Securities and The
Financial Services Authority.
Priyanka Malhotra is the member of ISB faculty. She lectures module on ,,Developing Strategic
Management and Leadership Skills - Professional Development for Strategic Managers” Dates: 9-11
May.
Requirements for the Master-Class
 At least of 2 years of managerial experience;
 A good knowledge of English;
