20. Creating short term leadership roles for our ReturneesL - Having 529 Members on TR stage right now allows us to create more LRs, run more projects and generate more AIESEC XPs and Xchanges. X -Take 192 people on leadership roles and 529 people on TR stage. Imagine we sent them all on Exchange in summer? 721 EPs realized only in Q2! Ms -Spring recruitment is an opportunity for us to grow a lot in membership for our short term and long term plans. Use Recruitment as strategic tool to make your LC grow.
24. Create more leadership opportunities in order to increase number of Leaders and Retention Rate on TR stage. Do not forget about quality: right selection, preparation and support during Leadership role (Leadership Development Programs and relevant education cycle)
25. Don’t be afraid of high numbers for Recruitment, we should grow sustainable and not just cover the gap with recruitment!
