  19. 21. Next Steps LEAD 1: Completing the current contract deliverables ( IPM 2011 and TtT) and start the contract discussion now, try to finalize before IPM. LEAD IPM for MCPe should be in the new contract of 2011. LEAD 2: FC involvement needs to be clearer in the contract 2011; Jan Co-designing day with LEAD GST on LEAD 2 framework and budget. It is to be proposed to MCP legislation on IPM 2011. LEAD 3: LEAD GST and AI to co-create with FC the brand principles, global knowledge management structures and set up a way how we manage and work with countries ( have a dedicated global manager). It starts from early Dec to have concrete things to launch on IPM 2011.
  20. 22. <ul><li>Core Purpose of LEAD </li></ul><ul><li>Positioning LEAD as a customization tool to build a brand of leadership experiences we are providing in all levels of organization to engage and attract more talents in youth. </li></ul><ul><li>Strategic organizational investment in executive leadership body. </li></ul><ul><li>Aligning personal development and organizational goal achievement in operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Piloting in new ways of learning elements and structure in AIESEC. </li></ul>

But meanwhile I would like to first build it as a platform, like Facebook, you don’t sell it until it shows more true value. </li></ul><ul><li>But within the framework, there’s large space for product development/ sales and engage diverse stake-holders to contribute. </li></ul>
