  1. Welcome to the DAIR Awareness session. I am ~, member of the Global Due Diligence Team. The Global Due Diligence Team is responsible for ensuring compliance of the Global Due Diligence Process. One of the tools that was built to assist in completing the due diligence process is the DAIR. DAIR is an acronym for dependencies, assumptions, issues and risks. The DAIR is a mandated tool by GSS to be used on all deals and is meant to aid the Solution Architect in managing all aspects of the solution approach.
