In 1965 a group of teachers created the Queensland Teachers’ Credit
Union in order to lend money to other teachers.
In 2011, we became QT Mutual Bank, Queensland’s first customer
owned bank.
We have a history to be proud of. Since 1965 we have:
Helped 350,000 Queenslanders with their banking needs;
Made the dream of home ownership become a reality more than
28,000 times;
Made 3,000 retirees a little more secure;
Sparked the desire to save in more than 30,000 children;
Taught the value of never giving up to almost 250,000 teens.
We are proud to service our Members through their preferred channel of
choice. We have 14 branches throughout Queensland, a direct channel which
services members online and via telephone, as well as an active mobile
channel.

Head Office
Location: Our Head Office is located at 454 St Pauls Terrace,
Fortitude Valley 4006.
Parking: Guest parking is available at our Head Office by
Public Transport: Our Head Office is a short walk from the
Fortitude Valley Train Station and a number of bus stops are
conveniently located nearby.
Facilities
Head Office staff have access to the staff cafeteria and
recreational facilities, which include a coffee machine and pool
table. In addition, there are kitchenettes on each floor where staff
have access to fridges, microwaves and tea/coffee making
facilitates.
Branch staff have access to a staff area that contains a fridge,
microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.
