solutions to reproduce testosterone level naturally”
Further says, “Workout for chest, back and legs not only
helps to boost level of testosterone, also makes your
body fit”
If you are using heavy-weight, you should be able to lift
it.
He also recommended not to do over exercise, it may
affect you negatively and reduce your testosterone.

Lift heavy-weights and try to do four to six reps on every
