Business Analyst who can create vision from chaos.
As the business grows, they need a Business Analyst to join an exciting major transformation
programme. The Business Analyst needs to drive the transformation and establish the
business needs in a challenging and rewarding high growth environment.
This fantastic company need a Business Analyst who has experience working with a
transformation project and trading systems.
Experience:

Experience of a successful delivery of a trading system
Experience of working within a transformation project/programme
Great documentation skills are of the upmost importance
You need to have good technical knowledge and technology understanding
Must have experience with complex systems for large companies
Strong requirements gathering skills
Exceptional analysis methods
You need to be experience with workflow implementations and business processes
Be able to run workshops with a great coaching style
Must be experienced building business cases and managing requirements
Background with a high growth company is very beneficial
Experience within the Insurance sector is advantageous
