Coffee Lovers.... Are you stuck in the same morning routine of making your pot (or cup) of coffee? For years, I struggled to simply pour water from the sink to the carafe and re-pouring trying my best to not make a mess. More times than not, I spilled water somewhere OR didn't put enough in (or too much), forcing more adjustments. "Stop The Madness" (I've always wanted to say that!). Well, a life changing event made matters worse when I became totally blind in my left eye. This compounded an already messy issue after loosing depth perception. I decided there must be a better way and sat down to design a solution to my problem. I knew I wasn't the only one with this issue as it's been a pet peeve for years. I could have rigged up a water line and valve system using items designed for aquariums and toilets, but they look so tacky. Not to mention, they are not secure and have no way to firmly attach. I looked everywhere for a product I could buy but couldn't find anything. A few months later and a LOT of failed designs lead to "Magic Filler". The Magic Filler system can attach to any coffee maker with a plastic reservoir (Yes, Keurig works GREAT). The installation is simple, but I have even invented a special installation jig that will help those who are squeamish about drilling a hole in their coffee maker reservoir. I now have working prototypes, a terrific business plan, scary good financials and a passionate team to take this product to market. We need funding to purchase molds, materials and marketing to move forward. We are wanting to talk to any Angel Investors or seed funders for early stage start ups. We will be unveiling our product at the 2015 One Spark Crowdfunding Festival in Jacksonville, Florida April 8-12. Check us out and let us know what you think! We are also currently working on an automated system (electronic with auto shut off and push button delivery for the ultimate in convenience)
