    • Web site- collection of web pages, home page with links, organized, common theme…
    • Html – Hypertext Markup Language. Formatting language used to create web page ( to view code of existing web site –view source)
  • More Web terms
    • Dreamweaver is program used to create professional web sites –wysiwyg (what you see is what you get. (create using html and or design view)
    • Web server- computer that connects to internet and software that publishes web pages. I.e. First class, Cogeco, Bravenet, many other web servers out there…
    • Browser- program that can download web documents and interpret html code. Explorer, Netscape…
