1. Outlook for Week of September 14, 2015

Stock indexes stay fully bearish with downward MoM. Waiting for MoM
turn up.

Bonds (TLT) are struggling to stay in bullish trend and MoM is turning
down.

Gold stays in weak bearish trend. Still no real test of the weekly RevL.

$EURUSD stays close to its RevL. Looks like it wants to try the upside
again.

Oil is weak bearish. May have bottomed. Next target is the RevL,
currently at $54.59

Wheat remains in bearish trend with downward MoM.

2. Follow us on Twitter where we post these reversal levels every day

Stocks indexes are gradually working their way up towards daily RevL.
Now it becomes crucial to watch if they can get back into bullish mode. If
MoM turns back down it would point to a continuation of the decline.

Bonds (TLT) stay in weak bearish mode.

Gold turned to bearish mode last week and is still sliding lower. Wait.

$EURUSD is back to bullish mode. The previous rally failed quickly.
Maybe better luck this time.

Oil needs urgent follow through if it is to stay in bullish mode.

Wheat has seen MoM turn up last week and is heading for its RevL. May
have bottomed out for at least a while.

No major changes this week. All covered
markets stay in bearish trend.
Comments:

No market is even close to its weekly RevL.
MoM is down for all but a few markets. All we
can do is stay patient.

Significant corrections and bear markets
typically end with MoM turning up from major
lows in the -5 to -10 area. So, that's what I am
keeping an eye on at the moment. The eventual
bottom for many markets could still be months
away.



Keeping an eye on the Dow stocks

Only one Dow stock has upward MoM at the
moment: INTC

It may be tempting to buy what look like “cheap”
stocks, but until weekly MoM points up again for
the stock it is usually better to wait.

We will get buy signals eventually, and it may
be at prices that are higher then today. But
buying today means taking the risk that another
leg down comes around, or two... For a long
term investor it is usually a bad idea to try to
pick the exact bottom.
