Definition of PILGRIMAGE
1: a journey of a pilgrim; especially : one to a shrine or a sacred place
2: the course of life on earth
On August 7th, 2012 I embarked on a 7-Day "pilgrimage". It was one of the best journeys I'd ever taken. I packed up my van with the supplies I needed and headed for Arizona on a calling. I captured a few moments with my iPhone and put them together in this slideshow to share with those of you who may be interested. I hope you enjoy!

3. “LITTLE VOICES…”
On August 7th, 2012 I
embarked upon a 7-day solo
pilgrimage to Arizona. I left
on a strong calling from the
"Universe". Some would say
this was crazy. Some would
say that I was crazy – but
really, it was the sanest thing
I could do… connect with
nature, myself and listen to
the guidance of the Universe
that is ever and always
speaking! It was by far one of

I visited and stayed in several
places in Arizona including:
10. A CALLING
I was “called” to all these places
in one way, shape or form before
I left - and of course, I
discovered the many reasons
11. I camped in my van at camp
sites and I lived out of my cooler
eating peanut butter and honey
sandwiches, cheese, vegetables,
fruit and snacks.
How sweet it was
12. I also camped in my van on some
beautiful, sacred property nestled behind the
great Cathedral Rock of Sedona right on the

19. There were altars, crystals, statues and
shrines everywhere on the property -
everything associated with the mystical
path.
20. GUIDANCE & CONNECTION
I hiked everyday on my trip,
spending the entire days trekking
the lands and following my heart.
I went to:
28. DESTINY
Where in the recent past I had a prophetic
and profound dream that played out in the
Canyon. The dream was connected to the
“guidance” of my destiny. Here, I did a
„Destiny Rune Spread‟ reading for myself
that is only to be done once in a lifetime.
29. SEDONA
It is said about Sedona and its vortices that
“the subtle energy [that exists there and
around a vortex center] interacts with who a
person is inside. The energy resonates with
and strengthens the Inner Being of each
person that comes within about a quarter to a
half mile of it. This resonance happens
because the vortex energy is very similar to
the subtle energy operating in the energy
30. INTO THE VORTEX
1. Boynton Canyon (The 2. Bell Rock (The Masculine
Masculine Feminine Balance) Feminine, and Divine Balance)
32. FACE TO FACE
I hiked to all the
vortices and I came
face to face with the
stark reality of my
mortality, vulnerability
and the nature of my
domestication. I
entertained the
possibility of my
naivety as I found
myself alone many
times at high altitudes,
in heat and on trails
that would lose their
markers. I reached a
profound and deeper
respect, understanding
and connection with
34. THE HEART
At the vortexes I meditated, connecting with
each of the energies that resided: the
masculine, the feminine, the balance;
nature, guidance, the Divine - my higher
self.
At Cathedral Rock I received the most
touching, large heart shaped rock talisman
from a character on my path – to remind me
of what‟s in my heart.
35. FRIENDSHIP
At Bell Rock I
met a bubbly
young,
Japanese girl
who also
came out on a
strong
„calling‟. She
liked to take
LOTS of
pictures of us
(Note the tri-
pod ;). Since
she was by
herself and
was faring by
taxi, I offered
to take her to
Boynton
Canyon with
me that day.
37. I fell in love with the tender, warm, inviting,
soft and healing embrace of Sedona's
energy. And, just as I cried coming, I cried
going. I felt so at home in myself, so at
peace and with such an open heart. This is
what it felt like to be on my „path', wholly,
naturally – to be with open heart flowing,
trust, innocence, peaceful… connected.

THE GRAND CANYON
I picked up some interesting food-for-thought about the Grand Canyon. It‟s been
said that in the chasms of the Grand Canyon lived communities of Atlanteans and
Le Murians. The canyon was part of an entry way to the tunnels that accessed all
areas of the planet developed by Sirian, Acturian and Pleadean origin. It is also said
that there were and are many hyper dimensional generating units. Some of these
units were used for transport to other relays within the tunnel system, others for
movement to and from the future (it was also mentioned that aspects of Atlantis
were truly from the future but pulled into the past). Some of these units were
actually discovered on a fatal Smithsonian expedition in 1909 where six of the eight
members were exposed to severe magnetics that essentially dematerialized the two
nearest the generator when it auto-powered on due to a tectonic energy surge. The
other four were critically damaged from the residual effects of the tremendous
dimensional warping fields produced. Only the two military men posted at the
surface survived. Afterwards the government sent a party in to seal it up. Sound like
45. GIFTS FROM SPIRIT
The day before I went to the
Grand Canyon I was gifted
two hawk feathers. In my
prophetic dream that took
place in the Grand Canyon,
a great majestic hawk
appeared flying just below
the rim. Its wing span was
breathtaking and its visit was
healing. Just as I was on the
trail wishing that I would
have seen a hawk at the
Grand Canyon, I caught out
of the corner of my eye, a
lone red rock sitting on a
small log and molded in the
shape of a hawk head with a
hawk eye. A few yards
ahead I saw a rock that
screamed “Isis”. I asked
permission to take both and
46. EMBRACING ARIZONA
I met several wonderful people on my journey, had
magical connections and conversations, received
support and guidance, offered support and guidance
and connected with myself and nature.
47. For some reason I cried every day - sometimes for joy,
sadness, awe, connection, gratitude....
48. WITHOUT REASON
I never realized there was still some
releasing to do on this level – really, it was
CONNECTING - but either way I was
being embraced by my guidance and a
profound, yet soft and gentle healing
energy that allowed me to physically
release and connect without needing to
