As I click through this slide think about how your role has a marketer has changed based on the amount of data collection has increased over time. Is your job easier or more difficult because if this influx?As you can see, between the POS system (traditional and handheld), SMS programs, Facebook initiatives, twitter communication, QR code usage, instant message, blogs, smart phone apps (and the list could go on and on) we now have so many points of data collection and so much data it can hurt your head just thinking about all of it!
