Throughout my career I have provided architectural, technical and managerial leadership. This leadership ranges from small teams in startup environments to large multinational distributed organizations. In every case the focus has been on innovation, quality and timely delivery. From a technology perspective my experiences ranges from UI tooling to distributed workflow system but most significantly high performance distributed middleware platforms. In particular I have significant experience with the management and interoperability (via webservices) technology and challenges associated with these platforms.
