2) Put only healthy things into my body – What?

Nutrition
 Eat only “clean foods” - veggies, greens, organic,
gluten-free, pasta, Non-GMO, real fruit, nuts, etc.
 Drink only filtered water - no sugary drinks, no
soda, no diet soda, no, no, no …
 Seek out Farmer Markets
 Seriously consider cutting animal protein out of
your diet - hamburgers, ribs, hot dogs, bacon, etc.
 NO fast food - prepare meals in advance
 NO fried food - use a grill (roasted veggies
