ISC's Expertise
The technical expertise and customer focus ISC brings to the
market place, together with management's proven track record WHY
ISC
in market development and customer service means that ISC
has grown quickly and aggressively on the world scene.
ISC's Flexible Approach
Many of our customers hold multiple certifications and range in size from multi-national
organizations with thousands of personnel to small businesses of 2 or 3 people. ISC’s flexible
and pragmatic approach ensures we can deliver our services to any organization, large or small.
Benefits of Certification with ISC
When you implement a management system and have it certified for compliance with Global
Standard by International Standards Certifications you will gain progressive improvements through:
Return on Investment (ROI)
Running your business in a more systematic and controlled way through a Global Standard allows
you the opportunity to implement more effective controls than you had previously.
As a consequence of more ‘up front’ planning for quality there will be less ‘firefighting’ and ‘crisis
management’ downstream, hence reduced costs, improved bottom-line profitability, and higher
margins.
If you are a service organisation your ISC certified management system will ensure that you save
money by reducing the number of times when your service delivery specification is not achieved.
Cost Reduction
Cost reduction can be achieved through a more efficient use of all your company's resources. This
includes personnel, equipment and finance.
Your ISC certified management system ensures that:
You control and monitor all key points in your process or service. Your company personnel will be
building quality into the product or service at each stage rather than spending time in expensive
rework and rectification. Nobody intends to produce a product or to deliver a service that is out of
specification, but lack of control can allow this to happen.
Because your equipment is maintained, checked and calibrated at regular intervals as prescribed by
your management system you will always maintain a tight, accurate control and monitoring of your
processes.

Customer Satisfaction - our combined goal
Because ISC certified management systems are effective and reduce the number of rejects your
process or service produces, your customer satisfaction level rises as the number of customer
complaints drops. At the same time opportunities for repeat sales are improved.
Many surveys have shown that very few dissatisfied customers (4-6%) will actually take the time to
complain. Often they think it’s a waste of time because no one listens and if anyone does listen, they
won’t actually do anything to prevent it happening again.
Corporate pride - Improved morale and commitment
If you have involved your line personnel and management in the development of your system, you
will already have experienced a beneficial change in the culture and commitment of your team.
Continuing along this path as you work via your ISC certified management system to reduce the
number of rejects and waste in each step of your process or service will see further improvements in
morale as employee frustrations are reduced. Your line personnel will enjoy a more positive belief in
the commitment to quality by following that demonstrated by the company Chief Executive and the
management team. You will be showing your people that management ‘do as they say’ because
quality is critical to your company's economic survival.
Marketing Advantage
Your certification demonstrates a part of your commitment to quality and is easily recognised and
acknowledged in the market place. The Federal Government, most State Governments, and many
companies throughout the world are now insisting that their suppliers (remember we buy in 50% of
our problems) have in place a certified management system or, are pursuing certification as a high
priority.
A Foundation for Total Quality Management
Using your ISC certified management system as the base foundation on which to build your Total
Quality Management program of continuous improvement makes excellent sense.
Your documented management system ensures that the improvements you continually add to your
products and/or service remain in place to ensure consistent quality is provided to your clients.
For those companies wishing to add Total Quality Management to their certified management
system, ISC can help you to gain further certification on this next leg of the quality journey. Details
are available on application to ISC.
ISC Quality Assured Company Mark of Prestige
A company whose management system has been certified by ISC may use the Quality Assured
Company ‘Mark of Prestige’ in promotional and corporate publications. Certification by ISC will give
public recognition that your company is a supplier of quality goods and / or services.

Benefits of Training with ISC
ISC extends to you and your staff an opportunity to be a part of a new concept in training.
ISC is offering a flexible, modular-style of training which enables you to choose the speed at which
you progress to the auditor qualification. The flexibility of modular style of training enables
delegates to digest and consolidate training information before moving on to the next module or
stage. These courses are competency-based and integrate smoothly with prior training or
competencies obtained through other training establishments. RABQSA certified competencies are
recognised globally resulting in greater distinction for your professional development activities.
Enables managers to plan the time that staff will be away under training.
Enables companies to consolidate the training information and skills received to the desired
level of competency required.
Each candidate attending will be required to demonstrate competence required by the industry-
based competencies units.

candidate does not achieve the desired level of competency, they will be advised of the area(s)
where competency is yet to be achieved and will be given the opportunity to achieve the desired
competency.
These modules can be conducted in the one week or can be separated by a period of time.
Candidates who complete at least one of Modules1 and Module 2 can register with RABQSA as a
‘Provisional Auditor’.
Recognition of prior learning and competencies obtained through other training establishments.
