If a group of people want to buy and have the ability to buy your products or services in order to satisfy their needs and wants, then this is a market. An industry consists of sellers. These are companies that offer products or services that are similar to one another and can substitute for one another. What is important here is to consider if your potential market is attractive or not? Entrepreneurs are notorious for only looking at the overall Big Picture of a market instead of looking at it from On the Ground. Both are important for survival in the highly lucrative Emerging Markets.
