  2. 2. Introduction The Office of Enrollment Management seeks the involvement of all aspects of the institution in developing a long-term enrollment plan. Staffing and budget allocations are usually an essential part of this process as well as support from all university stakeholders.

Vision <ul><li>Provide leadership in developing, revising, and implementing the institutional enrollment management plan; </li></ul><ul><li>Promote as the institution of choice within the state, the region, and the nation; </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that the institution has a qualified and diverse student population; </li></ul><ul><li>Exemplify a student centered approach to service in each Enrollment Management Office; </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate a culture of integrated enrollment management; and </li></ul><ul><li>Actively engage the entire institution in the enrollment planning process. </li></ul>

Goals <ul><li>Expand and strengthen an enrollment management plan that involves faculty, staff, current students and alumni in complete, integrated, and coordinated recruiting activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Upgrade technology to incorporate a system to manage and expand services within the Enrollment Management Units. </li></ul><ul><li>Establish a Summer Academic Bridge Program to successfully transition first-time college undergraduates. </li></ul>
