- Now that you’ve introduced the basic thesis – the evolution and standardization of FM – in terms that FMs care about, introduce IFMA and yourself. We purposely left this to a later slide to that the presentation doesn’t seem like it’s solely about promoting IFMA. This slide should be more about introducing IFMA than promoting it.
- Talk about the shift in perceptions and in the role of facility management professionals.
