3. I used a variation of quantitative and qualitative
questions. For my quantitative questions I used closed
questions where they either answer yes or no, or in a
number form- this type of question is useful if the date is
then going to be made into a chart.
Qualitative questions are more open as they can be a
question and then you can write what you want- this gives
more of an analytical approach to looking at peoples
feedback. I feel that using both questions are needed to
gain well rounded feedback that covers everything. If all
questions were closed it would be very quick to do and
people wouldn’t have to think as much. If all the questions
are open it can be boring for the person doing it as they
would have to keep writing a lot for each question- this
can then loose their attention and they may not give
good answers.
