The analysis identified £7 million in possible duplicate payments, with an initial sample confirming £30,000 in actual duplicates. effective monitoring control in the client's payment process
 Several million transactions were analysed – 10 years worth of invoices
 Possible duplicate payments discovered with a potential recovery of
£7m
