How To Set a Calendar Appointment
1. Open up Microsoft Outlook
Start – Microsoft Office 2010 – Microsoft Outlook 2010
2. Click on the arrows to browse the months on the Calendar
3. Select the date in which you wish to make an appointment

4. Double click a time for the appointment
5. Edit the time(s) by altering the Start and End boxes

6. Add a subject in the Subjectbox
7. Add a location in the Location box
8. To save the appointment, click the Save & Close button
