Director of Facilities for Mount Carmel East 2011 – 2014
A family of not-for-profit, faith-based hospitals and healthcare organizations serving patients in
central Ohio. Manage Facilities departments with staff of 22 FTE’s for medical center campus that
includes 550-bed hospital, 1 medical office buildings, 6 hospital buildings, 2 parking garages and 8
flat lots with a total of 1 million square feet.
· Managed operating budget of $8.5M and deployed $1M in capital upgrades.
· Developed RFP for the procurement of 64 electric accounts for a net savings of $2.3M over 24
months
· Successfully completed JCAHO and ODH inspections at hospital with no recommendations.

· Managed operating budget of $5.5M and deployed $1.5M in capital upgrades.

· Completed numerous difficult projects including implosion of 16-story attached medical office
