Organize it immediately and segment your list
General Customer File 
• People who have bought at least once 
• People who have bought MORE than one time 
• People who have INQUIRED about what you 
have to offer but have not bought anything 
yet
Other Categories 
• Products you have 
• Video buyers, seminar buyers, CD Buyers, DVD buyers, Book 
Buyers 
• Newsletter subscribers 
• Seminar Attendees 
• Webinar attendees 
• People who have made inquires into any of the above items 
• If you know where these people found you, put them in that 
category also
Cultivate Interest and 
Loyalty 
• Don’t ignore your customers 
• Develop a sales funnel with back end products 
and services you may have to offer 
• Develop a customer retention path
Keep In Touch 
• Send thank you notes / or e-mail 
• Send a newsletter 
• Send an invitation to an event 
• Call on the phone
Use Your List For More 
Than One Purpose 
• Joint Venture with someone who has another 
product or service your customers need or 
want
