Have a plan to offer A, B, or C…when they
reveal problem X, Y or Z.
How do you process payment? (payment
options?)
Do you refer them to someone or another
service if you cannot help them? Who is that
and where to you send them next?

Organize your Sales Leads!
Where do you put their contact info?
Where do you keep the notes taken during the
consultation and what is important to note?
Do you use a CRM… a Customer Relations
Management system?
