to Victoria, Vancouver, and Washington State.

The steps that now need to be taken:
Education, we need and want Free Tuition to the end of the
second year of university. The student, parents, and business
protests have put Education, and Free Tuition, onto the Par-
liament and Provincial Ministries Current Agenda.
Transportation: Alberta, NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut's high
speed rail system construction to facilitate Industry, Tourism,
and Public Transportation in Canada and to the US and Rus-
sia via the new Runnel Tunnel, Alaska to Russia requires
Vancouver Island to connect to industry.
