How did you use media technologies
in the construction and research,
planning and evaluation stages?

2. Research & Planning (2): Slideshare
and Powerpoint
Using both ‘Slideshare’ and ‘Powerpoint’
enabled me to document my work in the
format of presentation slides. However I
would complete my work in ‘Powerpoint’
and open up the file from ‘Slideshare’
which would then give me the option of
adding the link to blog. The process of using
both media technologies (SlideShare and
Powerpoint) made my documenting my
research easier.
I used the ‘Shapes’ tool in Powerpoint to
help me draw connectives to my work, to
show which areas in my work that I was
evaluating.

3. Evaluation: Prezi
I used Prezi for this evaluation question because of its focus on media technologies. Using Prezi allowed me to zoom in and out of my work (the
software shows you around your work).
It was another way of using media technologies effectively and creatively. Prezi also enabled me to share my Prezi slide on other media
technologies such as ‘Blogger’.
